Se denegó la solicitud formulada por conducto de apoderado para que se declare la nulidad de la Sentencia T-790/99, los supuestos hechos argumentados por el actor ni resta eficacia ni validez a las razones por las cuales se decidió en forma desfavorable la tutela propuesta por el accionante, ni constituye motivo para que se declare la nulidad del mencionado fallo, al contrario de lo que sostiene el peticionario, no se quebrantó jurisprudencia anterior de la Corte Constitucional, sino que ella fue reiterada en la providencia materia de la impugnación.
